MFA Portal sends enrolment invitations and security notices on behalf of the organisation that runs your account. This page explains what they look like and how to check one before you act on it.
| Address | What it is |
|---|---|
| no-reply@mfaportal.net | Enrolment invitation, sent because an administrator of your organisation added you to a group. The link is valid for seven days. This mailbox does not accept replies. |
| notices@mfaportal.net | Security notices: a new device was enrolled, recovery was started, your policy changed, or an administrator signed in from a new location. |
| support@mfaportal.net | Answers from our support desk, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Eastern Time. Replies are monitored. |
| billing@mfaportal.net | Invoices and account notices for the organisation that subscribes. End users do not receive mail from this address. |
We do not ask for your password for any service, and we never ask you to read a one-time code or a push approval aloud to anyone, on the phone or by email. We do not ask for card numbers or bank details by email, and we do not send you to a file-sharing site to download an installer.
If any of those does not match, do not enter a code and do not open the link. Forward the message to support@mfaportal.net and tell your IT administrator, then delete it.
Enrolment invitations stop once you are enrolled. Device and recovery notices can be reduced to a weekly summary by asking your administrator, but they cannot be turned off entirely for accounts with administrative rights. We do not add recipients to marketing lists, and we do not send product newsletters to end users.
Invitations are sent from a dedicated subdomain used only for account mail. If your organisation filters external mail, ask your IT team to allow mail from mfaportal.net so enrolment invitations are not quarantined. Administrators can reissue an expired invitation from the console; an end user cannot request one directly.
