Effective 4 September 2026. The signed subscription agreement prevails over these terms; these cover the website and trials.
MFA Portal provides a hosted second authentication step for the directory and applications a customer connects. The service depends on the customer’s identity provider, network and devices, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
A trial runs for 30 days from the date the directory is connected, is limited to a pilot group of 25 users unless agreed otherwise, and may be ended by either party at any time. Trial tenants are suspended rather than deleted for 60 days after a trial ends.
Paid plans target 99.9% monthly availability at the authentication endpoint, measured excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 72 hours in advance. Falling below the target entitles the customer to service credits against the following invoice, as set out in the subscription agreement. Credits are the only remedy for availability.
The customer keeps its directory accurate, removes accounts that should no longer have access, maintains at least two administrators, and confirms that the group membership we sync reflects who should be protected. Recovery policy choices, including any administrator override, are the customer’s decision.
The service, console and site content belong to Harborline Systems, Inc. Customer directories, marks and data remain the customer’s property. Nothing transfers ownership.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend a tenant for non-payment after 15 days’ notice, or immediately for a security risk or a breach of section 4. On termination the customer may export user data and audit events; the tenant is deleted 30 days later with written confirmation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, and the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts have jurisdiction. Customers in the European Union may agree a different forum in the subscription agreement.
